What is Uizard?
Uizard is for those moments when you have an app idea but no design background. Draw a rough wireframe on paper, take a photo, and it converts the boxes and scribbles into an editable digital screen. Screenshots of existing apps work too, which is handy for redesign ideas.
We found it most enjoyable as a thinking tool. You can describe an app in a sentence and get a few starter screens, then drag components around, swap themes and link screens into a simple clickable prototype to show friends, clients or investors.
It is not trying to be Figma, and that shows once projects get complex: fine control over layout and design systems is limited. For quick concepts, workshops and early validation, though, it gets you to something visual remarkably fast.
