What is Voiceflow?
Voiceflow gives teams a shared whiteboard for building AI agents. You lay out conversation paths visually, plug in a knowledge base, and decide where a language model should improvise and where it should follow a script, which keeps the agent on-brand.
We found the built-in testing especially handy: you can chat with your agent as you build and see exactly which path it took. Designers, writers and developers can work in the same project, and there are APIs for teams who want to wire it into their own products.
It is more of a professional tool than a quick widget, so expect to invest some time. Paid plans start from $60/mo, which makes sense for a customer-experience team but may feel pricey for a tiny site that just needs a simple FAQ bot.
