Zapier

If you have ever copied data from a form into a spreadsheet and then into an email, Zapier is the cure. You pick a trigger in one app and actions in others, and from then on it just runs. The sheer number of supported apps means your tool is almost certainly on the list.

The AI additions make it friendlier still. You can describe an automation in plain words and Zapier drafts the steps, and there are AI agents and AI steps that can summarize, sort or draft content mid-workflow. In our experience, setting up a first Zap takes minutes.

Where it pinches is cost. Plans are priced by tasks, and busy workflows can climb tiers faster than you expect. For non-technical teams who want automations they can understand and maintain themselves, though, it remains our first recommendation.
